“What’s In a Name?” is an awareness program presented by Persad Center designed to shed some light and navigate a path through this forest of language. The 45-minute program examines the specific meaning of letters in the LGBTQ+ “alphabet soup” with a discussion of how the evolution of the letters mirrors the history of the movement.
