The 21st century career landscape continues to evolve, providing new opportunities and challenges.  Models and theories such as Protean perspective, Boundaryless, Planned Happenstance, and Career Adaptability exemplify areas where career coaching can aid clients in leveraging this new landscape optimally. The ADAPT Career Coaching represents a meta-view or framework as a “dance floor” for the coach and client.

This webinar aims to expand the coaches understanding of, and ability to coach clients on:

  • The 21st century career landscape
  • Foundational Capacities that support career and professional development
  • How to “dance” with the clients from different entry points to career coaching
  • How to coach clients to better align career identity and various roles with greater authenticity
