Learnings (and unlearning) on the Way to MCC
January 5 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Free – $25.00CCEs: 1.0 (core)
by Rob Michelucci, MCC, ACTC, BBC
As professional coaches, we’re continually looking to refine and improve our coaching skillset. And, all of us have blind spots! In parallel to our skill improvement, we may have picked up some routine or even unpreferable coaching habits along the way. During this interactive, one-hour webinar, Rob Michelucci, a local Pittsburgh ICF Coach and Duquesne graduate, will share what he’s learned and unlearned on his 2023 road to earning the MCC credential. Whether you’re on your journey toward becoming or renewing an ACC, PCC, or well on your way to the MCC credential, expect to learn (or relearn) MCC-level techniques as we tap into the wisdom of our group and collectively unlearn some habits we may have picked up along the way!
In this webinar we will:
- Present core skill learnings from the ten hours of MCC mentorship Rob received in 2023.
- Recap some “bad habits” he had picked up over the years that he had to “unlearn” for MCC-readiness.
- Tap into the wisdom of the group for more of the same.
Participants will gain knowledge on:
- Learn select MCC-level coaching techniques
- Unlearn less preferable habits we may have picked up along our coaching journeys
- Accelerate MCC-level readiness
