ICF Pittsburgh is proud to offer pro bono coaching services to employees of non-profit agencies with a staff size of 2 to 20 people and an annual budget of $2 million or less.

Our initiative is designed to empower non-profit teams and individuals, helping them achieve personal and professional goals while fostering growth and success within their organizations.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership that helps individuals move forward, especially when they feel stuck. It’s a process that aligns momentum with purpose, making life more balanced, peaceful, and fulfilling.

A coach does not give advice or answers but instead provides objective, non-judgmental support, excellent listening skills and tools to help uncover strategies that work best for you.
