In this highly interactive webinar participants will gain insights into the when and how of coaching clients impacted by relational trauma, particularly narcissistic abuse. We will dive into some definitions, specific terms that can be helpful for clients and neuroscience aspects that will assist attendees to understand the subtleties and what to listen for. In the coaching conversation, coaches will learn some tips and approaches of how to better support clients at various stages of the recovery journey without letting go of the coach approach.
In this webinar we will gain knowledge on:
- The When and How of Relational Trauma Coaching
- Some neuroscience aspects of relational trauma and it’s impact on health
- How relational trauma coaching is different from “regular” coaching
- Coaching strategies that support clients impacted by relational trauma

- Understanding the Window of Tolerance and what is means for coaching clients
- Some of the neuroscience and impact on brain and physical health, including insights from early childhood studies (ACE)
- Some language we can share with clients for better understanding,
- Tips and approaches of how to better support clients
