In this fascinating and highly interactive webinar we will dive into the amazing research by Annie Murphy Paul and the “Extended Mind”. We’ll explore the neuroscience of why extending the mind is absolutely necessary in a world where our brains can no longer deal with the ever increasing demands and complexity of life. And how we as coaches can support our clients by finding three ways to off-load and therefor extend the mind. We’ll share a coaching tool that weaves these three ways, creating relief, increases creativity and decreases overload.
