Speakers:

Christy Stuber, LCSW, PCC is currently the Director of Credentialing for ICF-Pittsburgh.  She is a professional coach certified with the International Coaching Federation who has spent the past 20+years helping people live the lives they desire. She is a licensed clinical social worker, a certified NeuroTransformational coach, and was trained under Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead program. Christy made the courageous and compassionate decision to start her own business during a pandemic and has coached over 2,500 hours across the globe. She has experience coaching on platforms such as BetterUp, CoachHub, Bravely, as well as referrals through nonprofits and corporations.  Christy speaks about self-compassion, self-awareness, and burnout to groups such as Allegis Global Solutions, Quantum Metric, and Pittsburgh Human Resources Association. She is currently the External Coach Coordinator and Administrator of the coaching program of the University of Pittsburgh Biomedical Masters Program. Christy recently earned her Coaching Supervision Certification through the Goldvarg Consulting Group.

Jane Rahenkamp, PCC, MS is a professional certified coach with more than 1700 hours of coaching to date.  She began her coaching journey at the Professional Coaching Certification Program at Duquesne University in 2015.  She also holds a MS in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University, where she currently teaches as an Adjunct Professor.  Jane also teaches in 2 ICF Accredited Coaching programs, sharing her knowledge of coaching through instruction and mentoring.  She is currently a Distinguished Fellow Coach for Better Up where she coaches employees from numerous organizations including NASA, the Air Force, Google, Pfizer, American Express, Chevron, BP and Warner Brothers. Jane’s 37 years’ experience with the Postal Service, along with her Leadership degree and teaching experience provides her with a unique skill set that allows her to relate to what individuals are encountering in their work life and assist them in finding new ways to improve in all aspects of their lives.
