Live in Balance combines focus therapy and coaching to help your team achieve harmony across their personal and professional lives. We facilitate evidence-based personalized practices that result in greater clarity, purpose, productivity, sense of well-being and more effective teamwork.

In this program we will:

Anne Papinchak, PCC, CEO and Executive Coach, as a co-founder of Live in Balance, Anne is excited to offer an innovative solution to address today’s workplace challenges. Anne is passionate about working with people to harness the power within for the purpose of having a greater positive impact. She has served as an executive leader, internal strategic change agent, and an organizational performance consultant. Working with clients as an independent executive coach and business consultant, her real-life experience and training has led her to co-create an alternative to the status quo – a unique offering that combines coaching and focus therapy.

Dr. Suzanne Paone, Chief Product Officer and Therapist, is a founding partner of Live in Balance, LLC who has over 30 years of progressive health industry experience including training in the innovative, complimentary health discipline of yoga therapy. With a passion for improving quality of life for high performing professionals, she developed the client centered practice of Focus Therapy. In alignment with client goals, she collaborates with licensed medical experts to develop customized practices that promote nervous system balance and reduce the harmful effects of chronic stress. Live in Balance affords Suzanne the opportunity to support the health and well being of current and emerging leaders as they become their best selves in business and communities.

This webinar addresses various aspects and implications of artificial intelligence technologies, from basic definitions to the ethical and ecological considerations of AI usage.  Here’s a summary of the primary objectives and topics covered:

  2. Exploring AI Applications in coaching
  3. Opportunities and Challenges of AI in Coaching
  4. Ethical and Societal Implications: how we can collectively act to have an ethical AI in coaching
  5. Regulatory and Legal Frameworks: the state of the art

Participants’ outcomes are:

  1. Increased Awareness and Knowledge: Participants will gain a deeper understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, including their applications, the differences between machine learning and deep learning, and the potential of generative AI and large language models
  2. Ethical Considerations: the magnified effects of AI technologies in coaching, for example, concerning biases, privacy, dependency, and loss of agency
  3. Guidance for AI Use in Coaching: The webinar offers insights into how AI can be ethically and effectively integrated into coaching practices including considerations for client data privacy and session confidentiality

Anna Gallotti, MCC has been a Coach since 2001 and at the MCC level since 2009. She is the president of the Coaching and Artificial Intelligence task force and was vice president and president of the Thought Leadership Institute at ICF at the global level.

Anna founded and runs two coaching companies, one in Paris and one in New York and travels between the two continents. She coaches international executives and management teams, and develops organizational change projects.

In 2021, she founded the Group Coaching Institute, a coaching school that combines individual, group and team coaching with an innovative methodology. Anna has written three books, including “Making the Right Choices” and “Coaching Managers and Executives”, “The art and practice of coaching” (with other 12 Master Coaches). Since 2020, she has been a contributor to Forbes.



Olga Panivnyk

Olga Panivnyk is the Founder of BeChange, an Executive and Business Coach, Speaker, and Human Capital Executive with 25 years of experience in HR, Finance, M&A, and Change Management in global FMCG, Manufacturing, and Technology businesses. She is a resilient Ukrainian who has recently started the North American branch of her coaching and consulting business out of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan area.

Some of her volunteer highlights include helping to establish the International Coaching Federation chapter in Ukraine in 2017 and serving as Vice President and Treasurer of the ICF Ukraine Board in 2019-2020.


COMMUNITY SERVICE EVENT – In the spirit of International Coaching Week and people helping people, we will be collecting donations at this event for the North Hills Community Outreach’s (NHCO) food pantry. Needed items are peanut butter, pasta sauce, granola bars/snacks, canned tomatoes, soups (chunky or condensed), crackers, grape and apple juice.
