Anne Papinchak, PCC, CEO and Executive Coach, as a co-founder of Live in Balance, Anne is excited to offer an innovative solution to address today’s workplace challenges. Anne is passionate about working with people to harness the power within for the purpose of having a greater positive impact. She has served as an executive leader, internal strategic change agent, and an organizational performance consultant. Working with clients as an independent executive coach and business consultant, her real-life experience and training has led her to co-create an alternative to the status quo – a unique offering that combines coaching and focus therapy.
Dr. Suzanne Paone, Chief Product Officer and Therapist, is a founding partner of Live in Balance, LLC who has over 30 years of progressive health industry experience including training in the innovative, complimentary health discipline of yoga therapy. With a passion for improving quality of life for high performing professionals, she developed the client centered practice of Focus Therapy. In alignment with client goals, she collaborates with licensed medical experts to develop customized practices that promote nervous system balance and reduce the harmful effects of chronic stress. Anna Gallotti, MCC has been a Coach since 2001 and at the MCC level since 2009. She is the president of the Coaching and Artificial Intelligence task force and was vice president and president of the Thought Leadership Institute at ICF at the global level.
Anna founded and runs two coaching companies, one in Paris and one in New York and travels between the two continents. She coaches international executives and management teams, and develops organizational change projects.
In 2021, she founded the Group Coaching Institute, a coaching school that combines individual, group and team coaching with an innovative methodology. Anna has written three books, including “Making the Right Choices” and “Coaching Managers and Executives”, “The art and practice of coaching” (with other 12 Master Coaches). Since 2020, she has been a contributor to Forbes.

Olga Panivnyk is the Founder of BeChange, an Executive and Business Coach, Speaker, and Human Capital Executive with 25 years of experience in HR, Finance, M&A, and Change Management in global FMCG, Manufacturing, and Technology businesses. She is a resilient Ukrainian who has recently started the North American branch of her coaching and consulting business out of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan area.
Some of her volunteer highlights include helping to establish the International Coaching Federation chapter in Ukraine in 2017 and serving as Vice President and Treasurer of the ICF Ukraine Board in 2019-2020.
