Demystify the exam format, learn from coaches who have taken (and passed) the exam, develop strategies to ace sample scenarios, and connect with your colleagues preparing to take the test. Walk away feeling confident, prepared, and ready to demonstrate your coaching expertise!

PRIMARY LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the ICF Credentialing Exam format, content domains, and assessment style.
  • Apply coaching principles and the ICF Code of Ethics to analyze and select the best and worst coaching actions in sample exam scenarios.
  • Develop a personalized study plan that addresses their identified knowledge gaps and leverages their preferred learning styles.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES:

  • Increased confidence in approaching the exam: By understanding the format, content domains, and assessment style, coaches will feel less apprehensive and more prepared to tackle the exam.
  • Enhanced ability to analyze exam scenarios and select the best coaching responses: By applying coaching principles and the ICF Code of Ethics to practice questions, coaches will develop the crucial skill of selecting the most effective approaches based on ICF standards.
  • Development of a personalized study plan: By incorporating strategies for creating individual study plans, coaches will walk away with a clear roadmap that caters to their specific learning needs and styles, maximizing their study efficiency.
  • Connection with a supportive community: Through panel discussion and engagement of all participants, coaches will have the opportunity to network with each other. This can foster a sense of community and allow them to share resources, ask questions, and support each other on their exam journeys.
