In this session, Dominique and Maribel will:
- Define key terms and differentiate between group and team coaching.
- Focus on group coaching, sharing a framework that outlines the elements of a cohesive coaching cohort. This will help visualize the various factors that impact the evolution and success of a group program, with a particular emphasis on trust.
- Share a simple and effective session structure that coaches can apply for one-off group coaching sessions. This practical approach will equip coaches with the tools and techniques for successful coaching.
You will reflect on this content with your peers in breakouts and have the opportunity to ask questions to deepen your understanding of the concepts shared.

Speakers:
Dominique Mas, PCC, Co-founded Group Coaching HQ, an ICF accredited organization offering the toolkit, knowledge, practice and community to help you build impactful group coaching programs.
She is fueled by her 17-year career in educational leadership and passionate about creating engaging growth opportunities for individuals and groups. In the latter part of her education career, she was a teacher trainer for the International Baccalaureate and a school leader in top rated international schools in Europe, Asia and the U.S.
After moving into coaching, she spent three years helping build a global startup focused on group coaching. As their Head of Coaching and Curriculum, Dominique created group coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations that want to invest in their people. She has also advised companies on building their own internal group coaching programs and trained hundreds of coaches in the art of group coaching. All this in addition to being a coach of course!
She holds a M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Change, is an ICF PCC, Certified Mentor Coach, Team Development Essentials Certified coach, Hogan Assessments Certified Coach and a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and Coach

She has been featured in FOLIO, as well as in Workforce Magazine. She has been a guest speaker at professional and business organizations such as CTHRA and BCFM.
