In this reflective and experiential workshop, explore the transformative role of silence in the coaching process. Drawing on neuroscience and practical strategies, we’ll discover how intentional pauses can deepen presence, enhance client awareness, and invite authentic reflection and growth.

Speaker:
Erroline Williams, Ed.D., PCC, is a certified leadership coach and consultant. Her coaching practice engages executives, emerging leaders, university professionals and those individuals seeking transformational growth and development, both personally and professionally. She serves as an executive coach with the Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise (PACE) Executive Coaching Program, the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation and Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business for The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI). Dr. Williams tailors coaching with leadership development to identify blind spots and elevate communication skills.
