- Holistic: Looking at all parts of a person’s life (mind, body, spirit) instead of just one goal.
- Motivational: Lots of energy, encouragement, and “you’ve got this!” energy.
- Accountability-focused: Very goal-and tracking-oriented.
- Transformational: Focused more on deep inner growth and long-term change than quick fixes.
