She is faculty and group leader coach with the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation and coaches corporate executives at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business for The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI). Her coaching philosophy is based on honoring each client to help them reach their fulfillment in life and work, within a holistic manner, and to draw out the client’s expertise through curiosity, and challenges.
