In this highly inter-active and fascinating presentation we will dive into the question of “What is consciousness?” Is it an off or on switch or rather are there different levels of consciousness. We will explore how coaching inspires and activates the four key ways of the consciousness journey. We will clarify and identify each of the four: of realization, regulation, integration and stabilization, look at what the neuroscience tells us about these stages and explore how we can support our clients through each of these, leading to sustainable transformation.

- Which coaching strategies support clients through these stages

- Get a greater understanding of the neuroscience rationale behind the four key ways on our clients consciousness journey
- Learn the many ways coaching already supports clients’ toward the consciousness journey and
- Which other strategies might also be useful.
Speaker: Ursula Pottinga, CPCC, PCC, MNTC is the co-founder of BEabove Leadership and is the co-developer/leader of its ground breaking training program for advanced coaches: Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching.
Ursula also has her own consulting and coaching company, Profound Growth. In this capacity she supports highly successful leaders break out of patterns that have held them back from claiming the best version of themselves, impacting culture, relationships and creating new paths forward.
