Empowered by Discomfort, A Coaching Framework for Confidence

About this event

Empowered by Discomfort presents the PowerWheel framework as the entry point to confidence —starting with embracing discomfort as life's inevitable signal for growth. This tool guides coaches and clients to explore and own their thoughts, words, beliefs, actions, and results, unlocking breakthroughs through personal ownership of mindset.

This experiential workshop balances presentation with hands-on practice, featuring at least one interactive exercise for each PowerWheel section, including group reflections and games. New and experienced coaches gain immediately applicable strategies to evoke awareness, cultivating a growth mindset and confident action.

Learning Objectives:
  • Identify discomfort as the essential entry point to personal growth and confidence, changing it’s meaning into a powerful force for action.
  • Explore the five PowerWheel sections (thoughts, words, beliefs, actions, results) through guided exercises.
  • Practice at least one interactive exercise per PowerWheel section to embody the mindset shift.
  • Recognize limiting cycles in thoughts and beliefs that block client breakthroughs.
Learning Outcomes:
  • Coaches experience immediate PowerWheel applications through hands-on workshop exercises.
  • Participants reframe personal discomfort as actionable growth signals.
  • Attendees gain five client-ready exercises, one for each PowerWheel section.
